Synopsis
A three-hour production of the play recorded at the Delacorte Theatre, New York as part of the New York City Shakespeare Festival. The long broadcast was in part to honour Shakespeare’s quatercentenary. The production was directed for stage by Joseph Papp and for television by Bruce Minnix. Alfred Ryder is Hamlet.
