- Synopsis
- Video recording of the New York Shakespeare Festival production of The Tempest directed by George C. Wolfe with Patrick Stewart as Prospero. Videotaped for Theatre on Film and Tape (TOFT) by Richard Stucker. The production employs stilt-walkers, Kabuki-style masks, Indonesian shadow plays and puppets. The mask and puppet design is by Barbara Pollitt.
