Synopsis
Radio detective series. In this episode, the Daunt and Dervish Detective Agency is involved in a case of blackmail that takes Josephine and Susan back to the Old Vic Theatre and its current production of Hamlet. The Shakespearean tragedy is given a new ending when, during a performance, Susan Dervish appears on stage as Ophelia’s ghost to interrupt the swordfight between Laertes and Hamlet.

'Daunt and Dervish’ is a post-war period detective series written by Guy Meredith, from an idea by Anna Massey and Imelda Staunton. It follows the adventures of Josephine Daunt and Susan Dervish, ex-employees of The Ministry of Defence, who more or less successfully run their own detective agency.
History
First episode in the second series. The first series, comprised of five episodes, was originally broadcast in November -December 2003.
