Synopsis
A greatly simplified re-telling of the Romeo and Juliet story with a happy ending. In the mountains of Thailand, two young monkeys from rival factions fall in love. The film narrates (Tim Hopper), through Tybalt, the story of their lives (there are several direct quotations), as the two groups of the local simian population declare war to keep them apart. In the end Juliet joins Romeo in exile and they are shown with their baby.
