The production was filmed at the opening of the 5th World Shakespeare Congress at the Tokyo Globe Theatre,
Produced by the Tokyo Globe-Banyu Inryoku Company, as part of the Japan Festival, on tour in England and Wales, 1991; by Mansaku no Kai Company at the Tokyo Globe Theatre, 8-11 August 1991; and at the ACM Gekijo of the Mito Art Museum, Mito, 27 January 1992.
