King Trash
- Synopsis
- Radio play written and directed by Mike Hodges, this reworking of King Lear tells the uncompromising story of 80-year-old criminal despot KT (George Sewell) who owns a landfill site in outer London. Cherie Lunghi plays his maliciously scheming daughter Honey. Tessa Worsley plays the second sister while Debbie, the youngest, who does not have a part in the performance, is a nun in a convent. Sound design by Giovanni Sipiano.
