- Low-budget independent feature film. A loose adaptation of Julius Caesar set in the underground criminal world and music scene of Kuala Lumpur. There are rivalries among the local punk and skinhead clans; Julius Caesar is a skinhead running a drugs empire and Brutus an undercover policeman trying to ensnare him.
