- The production opened at The Courtyard, Stratford-upon-Avon playing in repertory from 24 March-21 June 2007 as part of the Complete Works Festival. From 29 June-7 July it played at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and from 19 July 2007 on a world tour. It played in repertory with The Seagull also directed by Trevor Nunn.
