Synopsis
Radio version of Shakespeare’s play adapted for broadcasting by R. D. Smith, starring Beatrix Lehmann as Countess Rousillion, Marius Goring as Parolles and Sian Phillips as Helena. With music specially composed by Christine Gough and played by Don Smithers, Roger Brenner, Martin Nichols, David Munrow, Jimmy Holland. Desmond Dupré plays the lute and Frederick Marshall conducts.
