History
The original stage production played in repertoire at The Courtyard Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon 24 July -15 November 2008, followed by performances at the Novello Theatre, London 3 December 2008-10 January 2009. Broadcast on BBC2 on 26/12/2009 and on PBS in the ‘Great Performances’ series April 28 2010.
