Synopsis
Video recording of a performance by the New York City Ballet of the suite by Jerome Robbins derived from ‘West Side Story’. Taped with a single camera from a fixed wide-angle position at the New York State Theatre. The dances are extracted from Jerome Robbins’ choreography. Ethan Stiefal is Tony and Jenifer Ringer is Maria. Conducted by Paul Gemignani. Videotaped by Jay Millard.
