- Synopsis
- Video recording of Robert Richmond’s 2010 staging of Henry VIII for the Folger Shakespeare Theatre. Ian Merrill Peakes is King Henry. Richmond introduces two new characters - Henry’s fool, Will Sommers (Butelli), who acts as the narrator and Princess Mary (Steigerwald), the daughter of Henry and Katherine, who serves as a silent judge on the sins of her father.
