In this special edition live from the Edinburgh Festival a report (c 8 mins) on Asian Shakespeare where Wu Hsing-Kuo performs a one-man version of King Lear. A clip from the Shanghai Peking Opera Troupe’s ‘Revenge of Prince Zi Dan’, a version of Hamlet in Mandarin, and an extract from Mokwha Repertory Company’s version of The Tempest in Korean. Interview with Professor Alex Huang and a live discussion.
