- Synopsis
- Daily current affairs show. This episode focuses on the closed world of women in Afghanistan with the story of a Canadian director, Corinne Jaber, and her staging of Love’s Labour’s Lost in Kabul. Jaber’s challenge was to stage a play in Afghanistan, and to include in her cast Afghan women so crossing a cultural divide and translating Shakespeare to a society so different as Afghanistan.
