Tender Thing, A

Synopsis
Video recording of Ben Power’s play which takes Romeo and Juliet as a starting point for a story about two older lovers. Though the words are all Shakespeare’s, the scenes have been shuffled and speeches reattributed to produce a wistful meditation on an enduring marriage. The lovers are played by Kathryn Hunter and Richard McCabe.
