Synopsis
Radio broadcast. A version of Judith Gick’s stage monologue, written for Anna Barry and first performed at the Edinburgh Festival in 1981. It puts together historical fact and the internal evidence from Shakespeare’s writing, to reconstruct the life and marriage of Anne Hathaway.
