After opening remarks by Natalia Molina (The Huntington) and Ayanna Thompson (Arizona State University), the panel discussion gets underway. It is moderated by Ian Smith (Lafayette College) and includes contributions from Carl Cofield (Classical Theatre of Harlem), Barry Edelstein (The Old Globe, San Diego) and Erica Whyman (Royal Shakespeare Company).
