Audio podcast. Episode four of a radio serialisation of Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale. Adapted by Catherine Eaton, directed and rendered into modern English verse by Tracy Young. Part of the ‘Play On Shakespeare’ project to create more contemporary and accessible versions of the texts for performance.

4. Leontes it told that his wife and son are both dead. He recants his previous accusations against his wife and vows to atone for his sins. His daughter however, is not dead and, named Perdita, is adopted by an old shepherd.
