- A visit to the Shiphams Paste Factory, in Chichester. The factory is 200 years-old. Track 1- In the first room, the presenter makes interviews with a butcher. He talks about his job, chopping meat. There is a reception room of raw materials. Then, another interview with a person that is encharged with preparing the food for Marks and Spencer. Music on the breaks. Track 2- The presenter goes to another room where they do the food processing. They call it a Filling Room. Interviews with workers there, they explain what they do. Track 3- In the canteen there is an interview with the woman in charge. More talks about food, lunch time, dinner, etc. Then, interviews with people on the Packing Department. Track 4- Room of Chicken Pickers, taking the meat from the carcass. Then, finally the last interview with the person in the Laboratory Room. He controls the quality of the food and make sure that is under the British quality standars. [Box 6]
