Gerald Cookson was managing director of Kinocrat Films Ltd (qv) which made some issues of Looking At Britain, a black and white series of films produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Colonial Office [qv]. He produced and directed all of these films, one of his earliest credits is for ‘FORESTRY’, Looking At Britain No.3, released in 1960.
