Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: New C-In-C Takes Over. DESCRIPTION: Admiral Tovey takes over as Commander-in-Chief of the Home Fleet. SHOTLIST: Admiral Tovey (New C-in-C Home Fleet) comes aboard the flagship (HMS "Nelson"?) and is greeted by Admiral of the Fleet Sir Charles Forbes. The late C-in-C leaves after farewells and is taken away in the barge. His flag is hauled down and the new leader’s is hoisted. Also shots of pay parade aboard HMS "Nelson".
