- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tripoli Bombarded. DESCRIPTION: The Navy and the Fleet Air Arm make preparations for the bombardment of Tripoli. SHOTLIST: The Fleet leaves en route for Tripoli. Fulmars take off from "Formidable" and shells are prepared. One shot shows a battleship silhouetted against a setting sun which would most certainly be carefully remembered while another is the flares dropping over the town. Library scenes of the gun firing at night.
