MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ships That Brought the Convoy Through. DESCRIPTION: After the great drive through the Sicilian Channel - the ships that brought the convoy safely to port. SHOTLIST: Various shots of the ships and crews which brought the convoy through the Sicilian Channel. Men of "Renown" cheer the escorting destroyers, while Nelson and Ark Royal get congratulations from the Flag ship. On the quarter deck of "Renown" Admiral Sir James Somerville thanks his Captains and Staff for their response to his summons.
