- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Motor racing presupposes ace drivers, the most modern high-powered cars, and breathless duels at well over 100 mph. But this is a Silverstone meeting with a difference - for the newest car participating is over twenty-five years old. Sponsored by the Veteran Sports Car Club [or Vintage Sports-Car Club], the meeting has all the competitive spirit and thrills of the real thing - including lap speeds in the sixties by pre-World War 1 racing cars!
