- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: A job after your own heart? One day’s work a year - and the "work" is kissing the local girls. The lucky men are two local councillors from Hungerford in Berkshire, carrying flower-bedecked staves of office and known for the day as "Tutti" men. The origins of the custom are lost in time but the Tutti men still knock on each door and demand a kiss or a penny forfeit from the girls. Any volunteers?
