- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Fashions come and go, but none went so rapidly as the ostrich feathers on ladies’ hats. But they are coming back into favour, and that means growing prosperity for the ostrich farms of South Africa. In places like Oudtshoorn, 100-year-old farms in the past have had to turn to other products from this curious bird, like eggs, and leather, to make a profit.
