MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Canadian Convoy (Corvettes). DESCRIPTION: Corvettes built in Canada are helping to escort convoys across the Atlantic. SHOTLIST: There is a conference between officers of Naval and Marine vessels. Canadian Corvettes, accompany the convoy. The course is steered to point where convoy is to be picked-up. Signalling with Blister Lights. Planes fly on guard above. Depth charge party, hurry to positions for launching the ‘ash-cans’. Gun crews are shown on the alert and machine-guns at the ready.
