- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wheat - Canadian and British Contrast. DESCRIPTION: There is said to be a bumper harvest in Canada which is good news, as the British one has been washed out by gales and rain. SHOTLIST: KS Blown down wheat. Various shots of wheat being gathered in Canada where they have a bumper harvest, combine harvester at work. Straw-wastage being blown onto stack. Ears being shovelled, stacks of hay being thrown onto hay-field. In England, farmer walks across blown down, ruined fields of wheat. Occasionally holding some up to show how same is ruined. Name of town in Canada in Saskatchewan.
