DESCRIPTION: SUGAR FOR GERMANY CAUSES TROUBLE - At Verdun, France French Communists attempted to stop sugar reaching US troops in Germany. SHOTLIST: Various shots of gendarmes standing by barricades in roads and crowd shots of Communists gathered in streets. Gendarmes break down barricades in roads, which were put there by Communists to stop sugar supply going through to Germany.
