MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Silver Lining Parachutists. DESCRIPTION: As part of Savings Week men of the 16th Territorial Airborne Division made a parachute jump from a barrage balloon. SHOTLIST: KS Parachutists don their kits etc. Parachutists enter basket beneath barrage balloon. Barrage balloon rises over camera. Shots of parachutists jumping from basket, floating to earth, over camera. Several landings, one lands without even falling to break his fall, just runs away (men of the 16th Territorial Airborne Division). Cut-ins of people looking up at parachutists as they fall. Night material - Shots of fireworks going off, also Save for Prosperity in fireworks.
