MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Lomakin Leaves USA. DESCRIPTION: Following Mrs Kosenkina’s leap from the Soviet Consulate, America has ordered its closure. The Soviet Consul General, Mr Lomakin, has been called back to Moscow. SHOTLIST: KS USSR Consulate, tilt down. General crowd shot (believed to be reporters). SCU M Lomakin reading statement. SCU statement. Lomakin walks towards car & climbs into same, drives off. Countess Alexandra Tolstoy walks out of hospital. CU of her speaking about how glad she is that America has turned Lomakin out.
