MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Humorous Artists Hold London Exhibition. DESCRIPTION: At the RSA College, London, humorous artists and cartoonists exhibited some their famous drawings. Princess Elizabeth paid a visit and toured the exhibits. SHOTLIST: KS. Exterior Royal Society of Artists building - pan down. Interior - Emmet, Strube & Lancaster inspect drawings etc. MS picture of Heath Robinson’s. Lee & Bert Thomas look at pictures by themselves. CU picture of "Ole Bill" (Bruce Bairnsfather). Princess Elizabeth received, walks round looks at exhibit, takes particular interest in the "Guardsman who dropped his rifle on parade". Several close-up of this picture, shows the reactions of officers, etc. She is escorted by HM Bateman.
