MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Christmas Wishes Sometimes Come True. DESCRIPTION: News from America includes the collection of Christmas trees for dispatch to many parts of the country. In a German store, the night watchman has been having a fine time among the toys. From France, a new way for children to write to Father Christmas to ask for gifts. One youngster, at any rate, seems to have got what he asked for and has already been seen driving his small car in Paris. SHOTLIST: KS. Men with stacks of Christmas trees. Christmas trees being packed in America for despatch. Ingenious method of packing parcels etc. In Germany, various shots store with nightwatchman enjoying himself with some of the toys.
