MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Glasgow Student Rag. DESCRIPTION: The annual students Charities Day was celebrated with a Parade. SHOTLIST: KS. MS tableaux passing through the street. Procession past through streets. Miss Ygorra in State Coach, preceded by band & escort. At City Chambers, Lord Provost, Victor Warren takes salute with Miss Ygorra. Various shots of procession passing through streets, cut-in children in streets & crowds giving donations. One tableaux was gag on Movietone, another on "Whisky Galore".
