Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Floods Follow Snow. DESCRIPTION: Following the recent heavy snow falls, the Thames has been several feet above normal and many areas in the valley have been affected. The Bedfordshire Ouse tells much the same story. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Flood scene. Various shots of flooded area in Thames River near Windsor, bridge flooded. River Ouse overflows banks. Cars through water. Motor cyclist across water. Car stands in water. Various shots fast flowing water. Cyclist makes way across bridge pulling himself along by the pedestrian rails.
