- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Reds Release Internees. DESCRIPTION: Latest pictures from Indo-China show the poignant scene as over a hundred French civilians recover their freedom. These poor people had been interned by the Viet-Minh rebels since 1946. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Lorry load internees arrive. Various scenes of French civilians embracing, kissing, crying etc. on meeting their families. CU types, women, men & children. Red Cross assistant hands out sweets, women with NoSles of clothes given by Red Cross.
