DESCRIPTION: The reviewing officer at the graduation parade at the RAF College was Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fraser of North Cape (First Sea Lord); in this respect, it was a unique occasion for Cranwell. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. SCU RAF Ensign & tower of college in background. GV parade, opens in sound with RAF marchpast. Admiral Fraser inspects RAF officer cadets, passing along the ranks.
