Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Naval Reservists Call-Up. DESCRIPTION: The first of nearly three hundred Royal Fleet Reservists report for duty at Portsmouth. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Reservists climb aboard lorry. Elevated GV North Gate & call-ups enter dockyard. Cut-in CU emblem on archway of gate. Interior - men receive their kit & allotments. CU Lt Robertson being interviewed as regards where the men will be sent. GV two ABs walk across dockyard. SCU of the two being interviewed, voicing their opinions on the return. ABs board warship. Petty Officer Charles Kirby walks out of building, (with moustache), Hilton Craig asks him about same.
