MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mont Tremblant Wins the Gold Cup. DESCRIPTION: In spite of the weather, there was a good attendance at Cheltenham on Gold Cup day. Mont Tremblant was the winner, for his owner, Miss Dorothy Paget, it was a triumph indeed - for this was her seventh Cheltenham Gold Cup. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Cheltenham crowds. Grandstands & crowds. Bookmakers. Parade, shows Silver Fame, Freebooter, Galloway Braes jockey mounts. Down to the start. Start of race, over first jump in slow motion. Over second jump. Various shots over the jumps, several falls. Mont Tremblant in lead, with Shaef second passing the post. Miss Paget leads in winner, D Dick unsaddles horse.
