Duke of Gloucester on rostrum. New Colours consecrated. Duke hands over new colours. Duke addresses parade. Marchpast of colours & troops. Next day, Gloucesters march to Cathedral. Tilt down of Cathedral. Mayoral procession, includes Lord Mayor of London. Troops enter cathedral. Old colours being carried into cathedral. Cut-ins Duke inspecting troops. Also Duke & Duchess entering cathedral.
