Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Whipsnade Zoo’s 21st Birthday & Tea Party at St Louis Zoo. DESCRIPTION: Whipsnade Zoo had come of age and has had quite a theatrical party as a celebration; Dinah Sheridan and Arthur Askey were among the stars attending. While the Whipsnade Chimps were cooling off with a soft drink, Chimps in St Louis, USA were showing their paces on roller skates. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV of Whipsnade Zoo. Ditto continued panning. Various shots of film stars, Arthur Askey with a snake, Robertson Hare. Ann Sheridan rides a camel. Various animal shots.
