Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Keenan V Sneyers. DESCRIPTION: Peter Keenan of Scotland met Jean Sneyers of Belgium at Firhill Stadium, Glasgow, to battle for the European Bantamweight title. A slip in the fifth round twisted the champion’s knee and, unable to stand, he was counted out. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV crowd & ring. Various shots of fighting including Keenan’s knee giving out & crawling to her corner. Sneyers given the verdict.
