MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Vc’s on Parade. DESCRIPTION: When the annual rally of the DCM League was held at Horse Guards Parade, many winners of the Victoria Cross were present, as well as some two hundred winners of the Distinguished Conduct Medal.
