Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Changing the Guard (Ussr & Us). DESCRIPTION: The scene is Vienna; the occasion, the handing over of control of the international zone by Russian forces to American. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Russian troops marching along road into camera. Parade in Square. Officers in charge of Russian troops and Americans advance towards each other. Salute and shake hands in centre of Square turn about and rejoin their troops. Cut-ins of Russian and American officers looking on. USSR flag lowered and American hoisted. MS of marchpast of both the Russian and American troops.
