- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Royal Tour - Queen in Adelaide. DESCRIPTION: Adelaide was gaily decorated for the visit of Her Majesty and the Duke and cheering crowds gave them a great welcome. At Whyalla Aboriginals performed a sacred dance for the Queen. His Royal Highness, visiting Woomera, was shown many of the scientific secrets perfected there. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Elevated shot of Queen & Duke escorted by mounted guards leave Government House. Elevated GV drive through streets. Cut-ins crowds, also being put on shoulders. SCU Queen & Duke in open car. Mix to Whyalla, Aboriginals dancing the Corroboree, various shots. Cut-ins of Queen, looks mystified. At Woomera, the Duke inspects component parts of rockets. Rocket being fired. Duke watching, also looking through various instruments.
