MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Underwater Rescue Demonstration. DESCRIPTION: The arrival of a Fire Engine (at King George V Dock, London) was the opening scene of a special demonstration. Members of the Fire Service are now undergoing a course of frogmanship as well. SHOTLIST: Fire engine containing frogmen of the Fire Service arrives at the entrance to the Dock. Frogmen get out of the engine and prepare to enter the water to find victim. Frogmen entering the water in search of victim. Marker buoy on top of water shows victim has been found and the inflated buoy is used to bring victim to the surface. Towing the model victim to the launch where it is hoisted aboard. In real life the victim would receive artificial respiration.
