Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Carmen Basilio - Johnny Saxton - Boxing. DESCRIPTION: At Syracuse, New York, Carmen Basilio fought to regain the world welter-weight title from coloured boxer, Johnny Saxton. In the ninth round, the referee, mercifully stopped the fight and Casilio received the crown. SHOTLIST: Various shots of fight. Referee stops fight in the 9th round. Basilio wins.
