- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Court of Enquiry. DESCRIPTION: After the meeting of the Confederation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Unions, Mr Brotherton, made a statement. Ted Hill, the Boilermakers leader, was in favour of continuing the strike, as were many other Union Leaders. Their followers gave the executive something of a third degree, as they left the meeting. SHOTLIST: Various shots of crowds waiting outside building. Shots of Mr Brotherton making speech on steps of the building. Ted Hill walks towards the camera.
