MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pamir Survivors Arrive Home. DESCRIPTION: Five survivors of the Pamir tragedy, flown to Germany from Casablanca received a great welcome. Klaus Fredrichs was embraced by his mother. There were happy greetings in store for them all, Karl Kraaz, Folkert Anders, Karl Dummer and Hans Wirth. SHOTLIST: 5 survivors of Pamir disaster descend from US Red Cross plane. Greeted by their families, newsmen and Captain Eggers, former Pamir Captain. Shots of yelling, waving crowds. Taken to airport lounge, presented with bouquets. CU of each of the five young men.
