Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bush Fires. DESCRIPTION: Once again bush-fires have been ravaging the wooded valleys of the Blue Mountains, not far from Sydney, New South Wales. Thousands of acres have been burnt out, over twenty homes destroyed. It spread to a boys’ home, from which thirty lads were safely evacuated. SHOTLIST: GV of flames blazing through trees etc. Another angle same. Aerial shot of fire and road running through it. Shots of gutted building, women & dog looking at it.
